NATCHEZ—Aileen Alford, 71, died of cancer Tuesday [March 31] at Natchez Community Hospital.
Services are 2 p.m. today at First United Pentecostal Church with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Laird Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Alford was a Walthall County native. She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include: husband, Dewey Earl "Red" Alford of Natchez; daughter, Sybil Alford of Natchez; son Willie Alford of Tupelo; brother, A.P. Nations Jr. of Natchez; sister, Mildred Roberts of Jackson; and four grandchildren.
