Isaac Daniel Mickley, 74, farmer and fruit grower, died suddenly this morning at his home in Cashtown of a heart attack. He had been in failing health for some time. He would have observed his 75th birthday anniversary August 21.
The deceased was a son of the late Israel and Elizabeth (Rife) Mickley, of Franklin township. He was a life long member of Trinity Evangelical Reformed church, Cashtown, and for many years was an officer in the church.
Surviving are his widow, the former Miss Ida Trostle; one daughter, Mrs. C. E. Kuhn, and eight grandchildren, all of Cashtown.
Funeral services at the home Tuesday morning at 10:00, with further services at the Trinity Evangelical Reformed church, Cashtown, the Rev. G. Howard Koons, Pastor, officiating. Interment in Flohr’s cemetery.
