Alma Mabe Long Welch, of Pulaski, died Thursday April 21, 2011 in Highland Ridge Rehabilitation Center.

She was the daughter of the late Ocie Parker Mabe and William Mabe.

She was a retired order clerk for the former Paul Knitting Mills in Pulaski, and was a member of the Bob White Boulevard Church of God.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first and second husbands, S.S. Long, and Paul Haller Welch; two brothers, Miles Garland Mabe and Lawrence Thornhill Mabe; and a sister, Dorothy M. Roseberry.

She is survived by nephews and nieces, Steve and Kathy Roseberry of Charlotte, N.C., Patsy Holt of Clinton, Tenn., Charles and Shirley Farmer of Chattonooga, Tenn., Doris Malone of Dekalb, Ill., Larry Mabe of Dandridge, Tenn., Jack and Brenda Horton of Pulaski, Denver and Mary Joe Mabe of Clinton, Tenn., and Don and Willa Roseberry of Newbern.

Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, April 25, at 11 a.m. at Highland Memory Gardens with the Revs. Gray Shepherd, and Allen Harman officiating. There will be no visitation.
