-Loyd Francis Loutzenhiser passed away Nov. 24, 2009, at his home outside Oldtown, Idaho. Loyd lived in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, area for more than 65 years and moved up to Oldtown about four years ago. He is survived by his son, Clifford Loutzenhiser with wife Sheryl, and daughter Barbara with husband Tim Goggins. Loyd is also survived by his grandchildren, Paul Loutzenhiser with wife Aaron and son Carter, Mark Loutzenhiser with wife Danielle also their children Tyler, Amanda, Zachary and Grace, Mike Goggins, Andy Goggins and his fiancee Ericka Swenson, Julia with husband Travis Harper and their children Lilly and Cole, and Jason Allison. Loyd is also survived by various nieces and nephews who live in the area and throughout the country. Loyd cared deeply for his family and friends and was always ready and willing to come to their aid. He really enjoyed playing with his grandchildren and then his great-grandchildren. Some of the many things he enjoyed doing was auto repair including body work and the restoration of accident damaged vehicles. He also loved to work on his tractor.
-Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009, at ENGLISH FUNERAL CHAPEL, Coeur d'Alene.
