Ms. Erdine Morgan, 85, of Colorado City died Friday, July 13, 2001 at her residence. Graveside services were held Monday, July 16, in the Colorado City Cemetery with Dr. Ted Spear officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Ms. Morgan was born September 27, 1915 to William and Minnie Morgan in Colorado City. She worked as a bookkeeper for J.C. Penney, Ed Thrift and Frank Conard. She was a member of the Business and Professional Women of Colorado City, and an active member of First Baptist Church, where she was a pianist and taught the Ruth Sunday School Class for many years. She was a lifelong resident of Colorado City.
She is survived by one cousin, Josie Feaster of Colorado City, and a host of very special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Newbren Morgan.
