LAUREL — Jack C. Thomas
Jack C. Thomas, 86, of Laurel, died Sunday, April 24, 2011, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at Memory Chapel with burial in the Oak Hill Section of Hickory Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Thomas was retired from Masonite Corporation and was a member of Laurel First Church of the Nazarene.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ouida B. Thomas in 2007 and two brothers, Melvin Thomas and George Thomas.
Survivors include his son, Jackie Thomas of Laurel; daughter, Becky Thomas of Laurel; two brothers, Paul Thomas of Stringer and Jim Thomas of Bay Springs; and two sisters, Mavis Holifield of Laurel and Tommie Jean Welch of Soso.
Pallbearers will be Brian Jordan, Roy Holifield, Bob Smiley, Jeff Thomas, David Newman and Rory Dale Holder.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until service time Thursday at Memory Chapel of Laurel, which is in charge of the arrangements.
