Murder Victim. Daughter of Robert Rois. Carrie lived in multiple group homes and was reported to have got along well with others. She had dreams of becoming a model, and played the flute in her school marching band. Carrie vanished without a trace in 1983, and in March of 1985 Carrie Ann Rois' remains were found in the Star Lake neighborhood in South King County. Almost two years after she had disappeared. She was found near 5 other victims. Carrie was fifteen years old at the time of her disappearance. Carrie was a murder victim of Gary Leon Ridgway, believed to be the man known as "The Green River Killer" who was responsible for the murders of 49 women in Seattle, Washington, between 1982 and 1984. He confessed to her murder in 2003.
