PHILLIP B. NORTON, 58, of Fort Wayne died Sunday at home. The Spalding County, Ga., native was a veteran of the Army and retired last year as vice president of re-insurance marketing for Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. after 32 years. He was a member of First Wayne Street United Methodist Church and Fort Wayne Rotary Club.
Surviving are his wife, Catharine H.; a daughter, Margaret L. Norton of Indianapolis; a son, Tony of Fort Wayne; sisters, Margaret Bottoms of Griffin, Ga., Lillian McLendon of Stockbridge, Ga., and Boyd Pruitt of Goose Creek, S.C.; and a grandchild.
