(Probably of Typhoid Fever since others from 20th Wisconsin, 19th Iowa and 94th Illinois died in hospital during this timeframe from Typhoid)

Personal effects included:
Cap, great coat, cotton drawers, flannel shirt, shoes, pr socks, 2 blankets, napkin, portfolio(envelopes, paper), no money.

Buried initially in cemetery near hospital. In 1867 exhumed and moved to Springfield National Cemetery. He is memorialized on his parents' headstone in Nottingham Cemetery.

Indiana Marriage records has register of Eleazor Gayman marrying Evelyn Keys Sep 7 1859 in Deleware County,Indiana.
Pension records show Evelyn received a pension for death of her husband in the Civil War.
