Sarah Moss, 93, of Webster City, died Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at the Van Diest Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, with Revs. Mike Kroona and Tony Ede officiating. Visitation will be at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday and at the church prior to the service on Saturday. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery.

Sarah Marie Wenthe, daughter of Henry and Lillie Mohlis Wenthe, was born August 9, 1917 at Sumner, Iowa. She received her education at Sumner. On June 30, 1937, she married Peter Paul Willman at Sumner. To this union five children were born. The family moved from Independence to

Webster City in 1957. She had worked at Morton Frozen Foods for many years and retired from Electrolux in 1982. After retirement, she worked at Riverview Day Care. Mr. Willman died July 24, 1966. On November 22, 1978, she married Harold

Moss at Webster City. The couple resided in Webster City and for many years wintered in Texas. They have resided at Crestview Apartments since 2009.

Mrs. Moss is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Richard Willman of Des Moines; Steve and Connie Willman of Blue Springs, MO; Sue Willman of Webster City; daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and David Fosberg of Pratt, KS; Suzanne and Tim O'Brien of Rio Linda, CA; grandchildren, Chuck and Suanna Willman, Sherry and Tim Adams, Jamie and Heather Watne, Debbie and Frank Elliott and Davey Fosberg; four great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; brother and sister-in-law, Alfred and Eve Wenthe of Carthage,TX; sisters-in-law, Grace Moss and Esther Skadberg of Eagle Grove; step-sons, Leonard and Kathy Moss of Webster City, Kenny and Shanna Moss, Denny Moss, all of Denver, CO.

In addition to her first husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, son, Pete Willman in 2005; twins, Ida Mae and Lillie Ann at birth; granddaughter, Stephanie Fosberg in infancy and step-daughter, Marsha Toftee.

Sarah was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Martha Circle, Town and Country Garden Club, V.F.W. Auxiliary, Royal Neighbors of America Camp 578, Purity Rebekah Lodge # 72 of Webster City, American Legion Auxiliary, Moose Family Center # 735 of Webster City, Quilt Club and a bowling league.

Sarah will be remembered for her love of family, gardening, adventure and faith.
