Frances Bell (Fox) Ruschmeier , 93, passed away April 16, 2011, at the Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley , FL after a brief illness.

She was born in Evansville, Indiana on January 3, 1918 to Henry Thomas Fox and Philabeana Morgan Fox. She was raised in Evansville where she met and married her husband Charles Presley Ruschmeier. Frances was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband Charles and her parents Henry and Philabeana Fox.

Survivors include two sons and their wives: Jim and Virgina Ruschmeier of Chipley, FL and Jack and Kathy Ruschmeier of Tampa, FL and one daughter and her husband Bonnie and Bob Engle of Harrisburg IL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two special friends: Doris Rice of Ruskin, FL and Jackie McClain of Chipley, FL.

She leaves all of us with heavy hearts, but also joy in knowing that she is finally re-united with her beloved husband Charles and her parents.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday April 20, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Mt. Carmel, IL
