Eve Baird Cavalli, 81, died unexpectedly April 23, 2011. Eve was born October 20, 1929 in Juniper, Idaho to Raleigh H. and Effie Ballantyne Campbell. She married Earl Baird June 13, 1947; he preceded her in death Feb. 26, 1998. She later married Don C. Cavalli who died in 2010.

Eve had amazingly creative energy and a charismatic personality. Her enthusiasm in life was evident in everything she did. Eve loved her family and will be greatly missed by her family and her many friends.

Eve always enjoyed a fully engaged relationship with her LDS faith group both at the Farr West Ward and more recently at the Gardens.

She is survived by her children, Janet (Bob) Gillespie, Mary Gehrke, Deborah Baird, Rhobina (Larry) Kennedy and Jeffrey Baird; 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Also survived by 2 sisters Doris Tittensor, Dorothy Ormond and brother, David (Joyce) Campbell.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 11 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Interment, Eden Meadow View Cemetery, 2150 North 5300 East.

Thank you to the amazing staff at McKay Dee Hospital for their tender care shown to our mother, to Dr. Hansler and Dr. Lawton for their skilled intervention.
