Former Nashua Woman
Dies in San Francisco

Nashua — Friends and relatives received word of the
death of Mrs. Ida Speedling, 78, on Monday at St. Francis hospital in San Francisco, Cal. A resident of Nashua for many years, Mrs. Speedling was proprietor of a millinery
and dress shop in Nashua for several years.

The daughter of Carl and Matilda Hoeft, she was born in Ripon, Wis., Dec. 12, 1869. She was married to Floyd H. Speedling in 1897. They made their home in Nashua,
and also spent some years in Canada. Mr. Speedling preceded his wife in death.

She is survived by one son, Wesley, of San Francisco.
The body will be brought to the Hauser mortuary at Charles City,where funeral services will be held Saturday morning. The son will arrive in Charles City Friday.
