Musician,Vocalist. In the '60s he played Keyboard in a band called The Chocolate Papers with Bobby Domingus, Popeye Phillips, Jimmy Allen, George Cummings and Ray Sawyer. He was considered by many as one of the Founding members of the rock group Dr. Hook and The Medicine Show along with former band mates from The Chocolate Papers George Cummings and Ray Sawyer in Union City, New Jersey in the late '60s. He shared lead vocal duties with other hook band members Dennis Locorriere, Ray Sawyer and George Cummings. He sang lead on some of hook's songs I got stoned and I missed it, Get my rocks off and I wanna make the women tremble. During the Old Grey Whistle Stop Ray Sawyer sang The yodel song he did a funky jig type dance. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam war.
