Robert Dean Sites, 25, Orrtanna, died Sunday afternoon at 2:25 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Lebanon to which he had been admitted after being a patient for some time at the local
Warner Hospital.
A member of St. John's Reformed Church, Fairfield, he served in the Navy for two years and was a machine operator at the Fairfield Shoe Company before his illness.
Surviving are his widow the former Patsy Tressler, formerly of Emmitsburg; a son, Robert Dean Sites Jr.; his parents, Ivan and Hazel Bierly Sites, of Fairfield; a sister, Mrs. Rudolph Hill, and two brothers, Thomas and Larry James Sites, all of Fairfield.
Funeral services Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 form the Allison Funeral Home, Fairfield, with his pastor, the Rev. Mark Michaels, officiating. Interment in the Fairfield Union Cemetery.
