Edith Hymel Bourgeois, a native of Laplace, Louisiana, and a resident of Lutcher, Louisiana, died Friday 8 Oct 1976 at 12:10 p.m. at age 66 years. She was the wife of the late Edmond G (Stud) Bourgeois Sr and the mother of Edmond G Bourgeois Jr of Lutcher, and Mrs Betty B LeBlanc of Gramercy, Louisiana. She was the sister of Mrs Peter Brady, Mrs Richard Madere, Miss Odette Hymel and Jules Hymel, all of Laplace, Mrs Herbert Breaud of Metairie, Louisiana, Mrs George Kleinsmith of new Orleans, Mrs Frank Dufresne of Norco, Louisiana, and the late Mrs Hilda Nunn, Lionel, Etienne and Paul Hymel. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Services were Monday 11 Oct 1976 at St Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina, Louisiana, with interment in St Joseph Cemetery, Paulina.
