Blackshear- Mrs. Amy Spikes Crawford, 48, of Blackshear died Friday (Apr. 22, 2011) at Satilla Regional Medical Center in Waycross, after a sudden illness.

Born in Waycross, GA, she was the daughter of Bobby and Sarah Justice Spikes. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Crawford and a son, Hank Crews.

She was a caregiver and attended The Hebardville Baptist Church. Also she enjoyed gardening, and loved her family and spending time with them.

Survivors include her loving children and their spouses, Macie & Julian Walker and Shavon & David Bullard all of Blackshear; a step son, Randall Crawford of Blackshear; 6 grandchildren, Travis, Makayla, Brianna, Halley, Deanna, and Alanna, all of Blackshear; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Francess & Duane Crews, of Hoboken, and Mary Ann Spikes of Waycross; 1 brother and a sister-in-law, Bobby & Rosie Spikes of Blackshear; an also several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Wednesday evening(Apr. 27, 2011) starting at 6 P.M. at her daughters residence in Blackshear.

A graveside services will be held Thursday morning (Apr. 28,2011) at 11A.M. in The Enon Cemetery in Blackshear with Rev. Jason Marden, and Bro. Randall Crawford officiating.

Pallbearers will be John Crews, Anthony Spikes, Travis Odum, Darien McCarty, Joey Coombs, and Shannon Wimpey.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home of Nahunta, Georgia.
