Jennifer L. Patterson age 29 passed this life on Friday April 22, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on September 11, 1981 in Riverside, California to her parents Michael Dennis Patterson and Linda Lou (Shipman) Patterson.
Jennifer attended Wagoner High School and graduated in 1999. While in high school she was a member of the band and played the drums. After graduating high school she joined the United States Army in 2000 and was honorably discharged in 2004 having served in Iraq. Jennifer had a true passion for Tai Quan Do in which she was very active in even as a young child. She loved acting in film and was studying Art of Film at The University of Tulsa. Jennifer was a mother to two beautiful young girls in which she loved dearly and enjoyed taking them on road trips and spending time with them. She was a very caring mother, sister and friend.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents Michael and Linda Patterson.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories two daughters Amber and Emily; Grandmother Luverne; and Grandparents Bob and Eva; Two sisters Rachel and husband Brad and Rebecca; Three brothers Josh, Brian and wife Amanda, and Aaron; One Aunt and Uncle Fred and Eva and one cousin Troy; along with a host of other relatives and friends who are sure to miss her dearly.
Funeral services for Jennifer was held 10:00 a.m. Monday April 25, 2011 at Shipman Funeral Home Chapel with VA Chaplain officiating. A private family burial followed on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma.
