The following information was provided by Barbara Wilson, contributor #47389431:

Henry's parents were John Milice (Memorial 93090787) and Rebecca McKee Milice (Memorial 68803741) so they should be linked. He married Mary A. Homman (Memorial 68801640) on October 9, 1859 in Kosciusko County, Indiana so they should also be linked.

Although I haven't done any research on them after they left their parents' home, Charles Milice born 1862 and Franklin born 1864, both in Kosciusko County, Indiana, were sons of Henry and Mary. I don't know anything about the Ruch family and haven't seen any indication of a connection but they must be since they purchased the lots jointly.
