Death of Mrs. Helen E. Bond
Mrs. Helen E. Bond died at her home of her mother Mrs. Sarah Harris, 92 High Street, at 1 o'clock this afternoon, following a long illness. She had been confined to her bed since last October.
Mrs. Bond was born in Richmond, Massachusetts, May 18, 1878, the daughter of Hebert M. and Sarah (Hart) Harris. She came to Winsted from New Marlboro, Massachusetts, 30 years ago and had resided here since. Besides her mother, Mrs. Bond leaves one daughter, Mrs. Florence Funk of Winsted, and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Joyner of Norfolk. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

The funeral of Mrs. Helen E. Bond was attended from the Maloney undertaking parlors this morning at 9:30 and the St. Joseph's Church a half-hour later, with Rev. Fr. Columban Kelley officiating. There were many beautiful floral pieces. The bearers were George Hart, Dennis Hayes, Fred Bond and Mr. Winchell of Ashley Falls, Massachusetts.
