P. Darrell Wright Jr., 77, of Bethlehem, died Dec. 15 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. He was the husband of the late Nancy Jane (Waldron) Wright. He worked for Bethlehem Steel Corp. power plant for 30 years before retiring in 1990. Previously, he worked with his father and brother for the former Wright's Atlantic General Service Station, Bethlehem.

Born in Hazleton, he was a son of the late Paul D. and Mary Florence (Donovan) Wright. He attended Trinity Episcopal Church, Bethlehem. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving in both the Atlantic and Pacific theaters on the destroyer John D. Edwards and the USS Pontotoc.

Survivors: Sister, Mary Sinnott of Bethlehem; nieces, nephews.

Services: graveside, 11:30 a.m. Friday, Memorial Park Cemetery. Call 10-11 a.m. Friday, Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. Contributions: Trinity Episcopal Church Soup Kitchen.
