She was a member of Spruce Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bryant J. Meadows; parents, Benjamin and Laura Elizabeth Lovin; sisters, Beulah Livesay and Lillie Price and brothers, Ellis and Ernest Lovin.
She is survived by daughters, Beth Harper and Kaye Turley, both of Winter Haven, FL and Brenda McGinnis and husband, Gerald, Mooresburg; sons, C.W. Harper and wife, Sandy, Antwerp, OH, Dennis Harper and wife, Tawayna, Lakeland, FL and Larry Meadows and wife, Bernice, Paulding, OH; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Joe Lovin, Rogersville and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be 12-2 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2005 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2005 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Allen Shupe officiating. Burial will follow in Hawkins County Memorial Gardens.
