Jerry K. Edgar, 24, of Vidor, Texas, died Monday, April 18, 2011 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. A native of Port Arthur, he was born in Casper, Wyoming. He has lived in Vidor for 5 years, and was a boilermaker with Performance Contractors.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home.

Jerry is survived by his wife Tammy Edgar, sons Aden Edgar, and Alston Edgar, and step-daughter Alexus Middleton all of Vidor, father Andy Williams of Port Arthur, mother Bridget Van Etten and step-father David of Murphy, TX.,sister Shannon Reyes-Araujo of Groves, Texas. brother Jerald Childress of Port Arthur, and step-brother Andrew Van Etten of Rowlett, TX.
