She was born June 22, 1949, in Hutchinson, to Robert E. and Doris Raye Barkman Osborn.
She was a homemaker. She attended the Riverside Baptist Church.
She married Charles L. Bell on Dec. 6, 1969, in Hutchinson. He survives.
Other survivors include: sons, Troy, Brian and wife Robin, and Mike and wife Sheri, all of Hutchinson; brother, Robert E. Osborn Sr. and wife Peggy of Hutchinson; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 22, 2011, at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, with Pastor Robert L. Albin officiating. Burial in Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson. Friends may call the mortuary from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
