Edna Mae Alber, 92, formerly of Allentown, died April 7, 2011 in Camden Place, Greensboro, NC. She was the widow of the late William C. Alber. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Mary E. (Wieland) Crossley. She worked in retail sales in the Philadelphia area for many years, retiring in 1980. She was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, Allentown. Survivors: Brother, C. Harvey Crossley and wife Joan of Greensboro, NC; three nieces; and three great nieces. Services: Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 14, 2011 at 11 a.m. in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
