Rosie enjoyed sewing, camping and her dogs.
Rosie was of the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by husband James “Jolly” Cooper, brother James Franklin, and sister Freddie Jane Nelson
She is survived by daughters Shelia Dykes and husband Benny of Lafollette, Tammy Godsey and Tim Wilson of Lafollette, Angie Nichols of Nashville; brother Leonard Franklin and wife Rita of Jacksboro; 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a host of several nieces, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation for Rosie will be 1-2 PM Thursday, July 13th, 2017 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home; funeral service to follow at 2 PM with Rev. Sampson Ridenour officiating.
Interment to follow at Bakers Forge Cemetery.
