Evelyn L. Beauchamp, 80, of Williamsville died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, at St. John's Hospital. She was born May 1, 1922, in Middletown, the daughter of Clark E. and Mary Jane Boyer Dye. She married Edgar A. Beauchamp in 1942 in Logan County; he died in 1988. Two sons also preceded her in death. Mrs. Beauchamp was a homemaker and a member of Park Meadows Baptist Church in Lincoln. Survivors: two daughters, Gaye L. (husband, George) Hamrick of Williamsville and Janis M. Dixon of Lincoln; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Harriet J. Wigginton of Lincoln; and several nieces and nephews. Services: 10 a.m. Monday, Mort and Henning Funeral Home in Athens, the Rev. Dr. Kathy Lossau officiating. Burial: Irish Grove Cemetery near Middletown.
