Richard G. Delahanty, 82, of 3922 S. Third St., died Wednesday [September 3, 1981] at his home. He was a retired welder for Ford Motor Co. Survivors include his wife, the former Catherine M. Bauer; three daughters, Mrs. Kenneth H. Gebhart, Mrs. Wanda L. Thomas and Mrs. Burnie W. Douthitt; a sister Mrs. Anna M. Murphy; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Name Catholic Church, 2914 S. Third St., with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is at Russman & Son Funeral Home, 1041 Goss Ave.
