Aliquippa, Pa. -- Eugene Goppert, 71, of RD 1 died Wednesday afternoon at home after having suffered an apparent heart attack. Mr. Goppert was born in Chester, W. Va., May 17, 1910, a son of William Goppert and Alice Beaver Goppert. He retired from St. Joseph Lead, and was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses. In addition to his wife, Mrs. Naomi Kennedy Goppert, survivors include a sister, Mrs. Margaret C. Wright of Chester. Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Todd Funeral Home in Beaver by members of the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Friends may call at the funeral home today and Friday afternoon and night.
