SAVANNAH -- Mr. Wiley Harold Floyd, 82, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2000, at Azalealand Nursing Home.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Fox & Weeks Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Drive. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
Mr. Floyd, a native of Statesboro, was the owner of Floyd Concrete & Construction and a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a mason and a member of York Rite, Alee Temple Directors Staff, Forest City Gun Club and National Academy of Contractors and Engineers. He was former president of Georgia State Skeet Shooting Association. He was a member of Isle of Hope Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Burden Floyd; a son, Raymond Harold Floyd, Savannah; two daughters, Mary Carolyn Floyd, Fernandina Beach, and Sonja Dian Floyd Fishkind, Atlanta; and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Savannah Inc., 1352 Eisenhower Drive, Savannah, GA 31406; or to Alle Temple Crippled Children's Fund.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
