Sandra K. Jones, 66, of East Prairie, MO, died at 8:44 p.m. July 17, 2010, at the St. Francis Medical Center at Cape Girardeau.
Born Nov. 30, 1943, in Dorena, MO, to Annie Viola Bennett Garrett and the late Randell Bates Garrett, she lived most of her life in East Prairie she was employed in the cafeteria at the R-2 schools. She also was employed by K-Mart from which she retired in 1999 after 25 years of service.
On July 19, 1996, at Purvis, MS, she married Arlen Lee "Russ" Jones who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two daughters and one son-inlaw, Kelli Ann Venezia, and Kristin Marie and Greg Kleeschulte; one brother, Travis Garrett; one sister, Patti Russell; and two grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie where services were conducted with Jon Archie officiating.
Burial followed in the Dogwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Tyrone Garrett, Shannon Garrett, Trent Russell, Jason Aycock, Bart Grant and Joe Simon.
Honorary pallbearers were Lance Garrett, Luke Antrobus, Shane Garrett, Cooper Grant, Carson Aycock, Jase Aycock, Daniel Russell II, Isaiah Simon, James Mulvenon and Nolen Simon.
