Gary R. Fawcett 63, of Decatur, passed away Saturday April 30, 2005 at Chalet Village in Berne, IN. He was born on October 10, 1941 to A.W. and Helen (Troutner) Fawcett. On June 15, 1963 he married Joanne (Loshe) she survives. Gary is also survived by one son Terry Fawcett of Decatur, IN., one daughter Mrs. Robert (Julie) Busse of Decatur, IN., two sisters Patty Sanderson of Van Wert, OH., and Barb Hill of Talbott, TN., 1 Brother Don Fawcett of Decatur, IN., and 6 Grandchildren Brittany, Megan and Kyle Fawcett and Brian, Nathan and Abby Busse. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother Roger Fawcett. Gary was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Decatur, IN. He was employed at G.E. in Decatur for 30yrs in the packing department. Visitation will be on Tuesday May 3, 2005 at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home. The funeral will be on Wednesday with a 9:20 am prayer service at Haggard and Sefton followed by a 10am Mass of Christian burial at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Fr. Philip DeVolder will be officiating. Memorials may be made to St. Mary improvement fund or to Alzheimer's Fund.
