Died aged 79 years. Husband of Jennie Bertsch; father of Lester Jacob of San Francisco, Frank Edwin of Ukiah, Mrs. Wilber Edwin Mansfield of Wrights and Mrs. Joe Oliver Mandell of San Rahael. Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery Cemetery. Jacob's grave moved to Oak Hill Memorial Park, San Jose, California on 17 Jan 1937.
