JEREMY G. KRUSE, 35, of Decatur, died unexpectedly Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at his residence. Born June 25, 1969, in Lima, Ohio, he was the son of Cecil G. Kruse and Nora L. (Sheffield) (Kruse) Niblick.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Elida, Ohio, worked as a final finisher for Thunderbird Products and he was a 1987 graduate of Reppert School of Auctioneering.
Surviving are his father, Cecil Kruse of Decatur; mother and stepfather, Nora and Thomas Niblick of Decatur; one brother, Jason (Christy) Kruse of Monroe; one stepsister, Kimberly J. Niblick of Jonesboro, Ark.; grandmother, Arleen Sheffield of Lima, Ohio; step-grandmother, Kathleen Brandyberry of Decatur; two nephews, Grant and Dean Kruse; and one niece, Audrey Kruse. He was preceded in death by a stepsister, Jennifer Niblick, in 1983.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Sunday at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home, with Jason Kruse and Father Philip DeVolder officiating. Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Saturday and noon until service Sunday at the funeral home. Burial at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Memorials to American Diabetes Association
