Ed Arnette, driver for Safety-Cab of Murfreesboro, died Sunday at Rutherford Hospital after a heart attack. He was 69 years of age. Mr. Arnette was born in Cannon County, son of the late John and Betty Arnette. He was a member of Bellwood Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Josephine Underwood Arnette; two brothers, Leigh Arnette, Ohio, and Taylor Arnette, Woodbury; one sister, Mrs. Sam Lefevers, Woodbury.
