Funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith.
She is survived by her husband, William J.L. Garner; one daughter, Norma Sue Kennedy of Roland; one son, Cecil W. Garner of Fort Smith; one brother James V. Thames of Paris, France; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mark, Randall, and Russell Garner, Damon and Kendall Perceful, and Mike Ward.
The family will visit with friends from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
