Gerald, also known as Jerry or "Dauche", Koch went to our Lord April 14, 2011.

Jerry was born to Joseph Andy Koch and Janiece Rogers Koch in Billings, Montana on June 3, 1954. Jerry graduated from Carlin High in Carlin, Nevada in 1970.

He married his high school sweetheart, Libbie Chappele, on October 21, 1972 in Carson City, Nevada. Together they had two sons, Wendell and Jeremy. They divorced on December 22, 1994.

Jerry worked many jobs. He was a bright and intelligent man. He was a project supervisor at Ruby Dome, a construction supervisor at Barrick Goldstrike, Elko, Nevada, and many more. He was also MSHA certified. He moved to Boise, Idaho to work for Mike's Sand and Gravel, then went to Franklin's Building Supply, where he got many awards for his job.

Jerry met and married Deanna Suggs on March 27, 2003. "He was the love of my life and my soul mate. I will always love him and never forget him."

Jerry is survived by his wife, Deanna; his two sons: Wendell and Jeremy (Denise); his two brothers, Joseph (Vilma) and Lee (Tanya); his baby, Festice; his sister-in-law, Lorraine, who helped his wife till the end; and many friends: Bill and Irene; Jimmy Ellis; and best friends of 40 plus years, Ed and Teri King. He will be truly missed.

Private family services will be held at Cloverdale Memorial Park, Boise.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Deanna Koch to assist with expenses in honor of Jerry.
