Frances Minnie Casey,51,of Marvin,Va.,died at a Richlands,Va. hospital.She was born in Buchanan County,Va. and was the daughter of the late Major Lee and Roxie Mona(Wade)Webb.She was a member of the Webb Chapel Church at Rt-1 Raven,Va. Survivors are her husband--Robert William "BOB" Casey--two sons--Brian Casey and Chad Casey--three sisters--Mrs.Dave (Emma Lee)Herbert, Mrs. Claude(Ruby)Wells and Mrs. Virginia Cole--three brothers--Harold Webb, Harmon Webb and Johnny Webb.
