Born 24 Apr 1863 in Hanna's Grove, Waterloo. Died 26 Aug 1940, also at Hanna's Grove. She was previously married to Abel H Colton, who died in 1918, but she had divorced him in 1916, citing desertion. They had five children: Philip, Mabel, Mary, Robert and Dewey. Her second husband was Benjamin Frank Knapp, with whom she had no children.

The portion of the obit in The Courier, Waterloo, IA, of August 27, 1940, (transcribed by attachment to your memorial by William & Mary Kelly) that suggests that Abel Hilborn Colton died in April 1918, which the bio in your memorial repeats, is actually punctuated as follows:

"Edith Hanna was married to A. H. Colton in Waterloo, Aug. 28, 1882. He preceded her in death. In April, 1918, she was married to B. Frank Knapp at Bemidji, Minn."

Abel Hilborn Colton did not die in April 1918-- he died in 1935 as reflected in the linked memorial for him. Her obit is still correct in that [Abel] preceded her in death, but not in 1918.
April 1918 was the month and year of Edith's marriage to Knapp.
