Cecelia K. Billmann, 94, formerly of Rt. No. 3, Sheboygan Falls, died on Saturday evening, November 10, 1990, at Greendale Health Care Center, in Sheboygan, where she has resided for the past week. Mrs. Billmann was born on Nov. 3, 1896 in the Town of Lima, the daughter of the late John and Katharine Rammer Ardts. She married John Billmann on Sept. 25, 1918 in the Town of Wilson. He preceded her in death on Dec. 6. 1984. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sheboygan Falls and its Christian Mother Society. Survivors include two sons, Clarence and Kenneth, both of Sheboygan Falls; one daughter, Mrs. Marvin (Luella) Hajenga, of Sheboygan; 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Emma Kurscheid, of Town of Wilson; Mrs. Rose Paarman and Mrs. Clara Steger, both of Sheboygan. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, one grandson, six sisters and one brother. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church on Tuesday, November 13, 1990, at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. John Thiesen as celebrant. Family services will precede at 10 a.m. at the Huehns Funeral Home in Sheboygan Fails. Burial will be made in the church cemetery.
