From other research, I have located info that tells this previous marriage was to a man named William Brooker. I have not located the place for this marriage. There were children born to this union. Mable, Orville, Nellie (Sarah), Myrtle, Goldia and Arthur Brooker.

MRS. JOHN HAWS SUCCUMBS HERE

Following a year's illness from paralysis, Mrs. John Haws, 52, died at 7:10 o'clock, on Friday, April 7,1933 at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Lester Leeper, 414 Edgar Avenue, Findlay.

Funeral services were held at the Coldren funeral home, Rev T.K. Leonard officiated. Interment followed in Maple Grove Cemetery.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Harris, she was born on Nov. 16, 1880 and was married in October, 1909 to John Haws, who survived her. The following children also survived their mother: Mrs. Mildred Leeper, Mrs. Margaret Sallous, Mrs. Mabel McIntyre, Orville Brooker, Delmar Haws, Daniel Haws, Raymond Haws, Betty and Esther Haws. Two children preceded her in dead.

Two brother and a sister are living. They are T. W. Harris, Findlay; Mrs. Orvin Cattell, Hudson, Michigan and Roy Harris, Dewey, Okla.
