Son of Mr. Louis C. Brandt & Mrs. Katherine A. Brandt who resided in Rochester, New York.

Henry served as a Technical Sergeant, 27th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided 10 1/2 Linwood Place, Rochester, Monroe County, New York prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on January 30, 1940, prior to the war, in Rochester, New York. He was employed by the Delco Appliance Division of General Motors prior to enlisting.

Henry was "Killed In Action" on Luzon Island, Philippines during the war.

He was awarded the Purple Heart.

He was originally interred overseas and then re-interred here on Wednesday, January 23, 1949.
