My Beloved Aunt

Hazel was the daughter of Morgan Oriely Dingman and Mable May Edgerton.

She married Edward Dingman on December 6, 1946, he passed away in 2004. They had a diary farm on Dingman Road, Fort Plain, N.Y. The farm once belonged to Ed's father Stewart. They never had any children, they adopted her brother's child and raised her as their own.

Aunt Hazel's home reminded me of a museum she had so many beautiful items in her home, dishes, figurines, tea sets, dolls, too many items to mention. Some of the items had belonged to her mother and her mother-in-law, and some were her own collection. All the older dolls belonged to her mother and was given to her by her mother. She had a large collection of family pictures.

Aunt Hazel and her husband were both so very kind to me and my family. I love and miss them very much.

The two top pictures belonged to my mother, the bottom picture of my aunt Hazel, was given to me by her in 2007.
