Sherry A Hufnagel, 55, of Goodland, Ind. passed away April 11, 2011.
She was born May 12,1955 in Richmond Ind. the daughter of Bradford (Bud) and Betty Benton Power of Centerville, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her Mother and a brother Randy Power.
Sherry spent her childhood and young adult life living in Centerville, where she was a 1973 graduate of Centerville High School.
Sherry was an employee of Nettle Creek Industries for seven years and was also involved in sports and very active involved with her family.
She married Stephen Hufnagel Sept 27,1980 in Elko, Nev. They were happily married for 30 years.
They started their family in Grants, New Mexico where she was a secretary for Chemical Marketing Services. She also ran a successful house cleaning business. In 1998 after living in different states throughout the West for 18 years, Sherry and her family returned home to Indiana, settling in Goodland, Ind.
Sherry was employed at ADM/Co-Alliance, in Goodland for 10 years. she enjoyed working with the farmers as well as the truck drivers that came into the elevator.
Sherry loved spending time with family, gardening, landscaping, working in the yard, and designing floral arrangements, also watching her daughters and grandchildren play sports was a favorite thing for her.
Survivors include her husband Stephan Hufnagel, three daughters Tricia Chapman (Eric),Lisa and Ashley Hufnagel of Goodland, her father Bradford Power, brothers Mike Power and Steve Power of Centerville, Ind. and two grandchildren Caleb and Jacob Chapman. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
