RAPHINE-Mrs. Gladys Campbell Phillips, 64, of Raphine died Friday at Waynesboro Community Hospital in Waynesboro.
Survivors include her husband, Hugh B. Phillips, of Raphine; her mother, Mrs. R. L. Campbell of Raphine; one daughter, Mrs. Reginald Cash of Middlebrook; three sons, Floyd W. Phillips and Lonnie L. Phillips, both of Raphine, and Gary Philli[s of Brownsburg; one sister, Mrs. George Groah of Vesuvius; six brothers, Richard Campbell of Lyndhurst, Malcolm Campbell, Alvah Campbell and Curtis Campbell, all of Raphine, Ray Campbell of Staunton, and Carson Campbell of Baltimore, Md.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Harrison Funeral Chapel at Lexington with burial in Mt. Carmel cemetery at Steeles Tavern. The service will be conducted by the Rev. David Wade.
The family will receive friends from 7:30 tp 9 tonight at the funeral chapel.
Pallbearers will be McKinley Brooks, Delphin Ham, James Mohler, Everett GRaves, Lyle Cash and Hersey Brooks.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Graves, Finley Campbell, Albert Cash, Charlie Cash, Wayne Huffman, Don Cash, Ray Cash, Cecil Painter, Hiram Philips Jr., Wesley Holbert, Everett (Pat) Cash, Donnie Campbell, Ronnie Campbell and Mike Campbell.
