MAPLE STREET WOMAN IS DEAD

Mrs. Stanley Deja, 66, of 115 South Maple Street, Mount Carmel, died at her home at 3:30 o'clock this morning from a complication after an illness since November 23.

The funeral is to be held from the residence Monday morning with the requiem mass in St.Joseph's Church at nine o'clock and interment in the parish cemetery.

Mrs. Deja, the former Agnes Kruskie, was born in Buffalo,NY, a daughter of Valentine and Mary Zmduzinski, but had been a resident of Mt.Carmel since
early childhood. She was a member of St.Joseph's Church and the Rosary Society.

Beside her husband, she is survived by these children; Mrs. Kathryn Budnar,Ray Polomski,Ben Polomski, Mrs. Mary Barnes,Mrs. Margaret Quinn, Edward
Deja and Mrs. Anastasia Honabach, all of Mt.Carmel; Mrs. Josephine Nardin, of Lester, W.VA; Mrs. Helen Dettrey, of Elysburg; and Mrs. Martha Bartos, of Detroit.

Other survivors are 39 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, four brothers, Joseph and Charles Kruskie, both of Mt. Carmel; John of Pattersen, NJ; and Walter of Akron, Ohio, and two sisters, Mrs. Rose Tomashewshi of Philadelphia and Mrs. Anna Baxter of Mount Carmel.
