Composer. He was known for works such as the Celtic Symphony, Hebridean Symphony, Pagan Symphony and the Cyprian Goddess. He also composed a minimum of 31 Tone Poems and other orchestral works. Professor of Music at the University of Birmingham, England. His personal request was to have his cremated remains scattered atop Moelwyn Mawr in North Wales.
