L. H. Miles of the state of Virginia, reside at Ridgeway application due to paralysis age: 74 on April 1 1901.
He gives the unit he was a member of and it looks like Lee K 5" Va Regiment, not sure on spelling.
Approved on April 8, 1901 by Judge N. E. Smith.
