Teresa B. Dvorak, 43, of rural Belle Plaine, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 1999, at her home. Mrs. Dvorak was born on Nov. 22, 1955, in Shakopee, the daughter of Albert and Helen (Mayerhofer) Breeggemann. She graduated from Guardian Angels High School in Chaska in 1973. She married Larry Dvorak on July 6, 1974, in Marystown. Mrs. Dvorak was a member of the church choir, a teacher, and worked as a fund-raiser, and was involved in the women's circle, all at Holy Family Church. She also belonged to the women's circle at Immaculate Heart of Mary in St. Paul. She loved knitting, sewing, crafts, ceramics, gardening and canning. Survivors include her husband Larry; sons and daughter-in-law Jason and Tammy of Le Center, Jacob, David, Stephen, Dominic, Edward, Gabriel, Paul and Patrick Dvorak, all of Belle Plaine; daughters and son-in-law Annie Dvorak of Belle Plaine, Jessica and Jeremy Vearrier of Sauk Centre, Rosie, Theresa, and Philomena Dvorak, all of Belle Plaine; parents Albert and Helen Breeggemann of Shakopee; brothers and sisters-in-law Greg and Monica Bongaarts of Eden Prairie, Sam and Cindy Breeggemann, Marty and Sue Breeggemann, all of Finlayson, Dennis and Linda Breeggemann, Alan and Pat Breeggemann, Phil Breeggemann, Roger and Cathy Breeggemann, and Marvin and Kris Breeggemann, all of Shakopee; sisters and brothers-in-law Lani and Tom Henning, Nellie and Jerry Menden, all of Shakopee, and Becky and Pete Seifert of Jordan; and grandson Tyler Dvorak. She was preceded in death by her brother Joseph, and her grandparents. A Requiem High Mass was held on Monday, Sept. 27, 1999, at Our Lady of the Prairie Church in Belle Plaine, with the Rev. Jorge Diaz officiating. Interment was in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Belle Plaine. Casketbearers were Christopher Dvorak, Dominic Dvorak, Jason Dvorak, Stephen Dvorak, Jacob Dvorak, and David Dvorak. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers. The Fenske-Hayes Funeral Home in Belle Plaine was in charge of funeral arrangements.
