FATAL AIRPLANE ACCIDENT
Pensacola, Fla., May 11
Chief Quartermaster Richard C. McCalla, a student aviator, was burned to death and George I. Henderson, Chief Quartermaster and student aviator, was burned badly but not mortally, when an airplane fell on Santa Rosa Island yesterday. Hernderson is expected to recover.
Richard C. McCalla, mentioned in the above dispatch, is a nephew of our townsman, S. B. Boyd.
